Teachers College offers summer camps for Valley youth
The Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College is collaborating with partners in the community to bring two summer camp offerings to ASU.
Discovery and Invention Summer Camp

Two sessions of the science-focused Discovery and Invention Summer Camp are being offered at the Polytechnic campus in conjunction with the Arizona Science Center and sponsored by Boeing. Students learn about technologies of the past, such as steam power, hot air balloons and early aircraft, and then invent their own new technologies, which will be showcased at the Invention Convention the Thursday of each session.
Additional five-day sessions for the camp are being offered June 6-July 22 at the Arizona Science Center in Phoenix, as well as two sessions at Centennial High School in Peoria.
The camp is open to ages six through 12. Pricing for the camps is $200 for Arizona Science Center members and $225 for non-members. ASU faculty and staff receive the member rate.
