Professor Emeritus Dale Furnish recently published an article titled, “Mexico’s Emergent New Law of Secured Transactions: Recent Developments 2000-2010,” in the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Furnish enjoys an international reputation for his work in comparative law and International commercial and trade law, as well as U.S. commercial law. He has taught courses on Contracts, Secured Transactions and other Uniform Commercial Code topics, Creditor-Debtor, Bankruptcy, Mexican (Comparative) Law and NAFTA.
