Furnish publishes article in Spanish law journal
Professor Emeritus Dale Furnish recently published an article in the 2013 Anuario Español de Derecho Internacional Privado.
The article, “Nacionalismo Registral del Código Uniforme de Comercio Estadounidense,” explores practical implications for national and international private law in the U.S. Uniform Commercial Code.
The Anuario is an annual law journal that includes unique studies, most of which are in-depth developments of the ideas presented both by Spanish and foreign scholars at the International Seminar on Private International Law.
Furnish enjoys an international reputation for his work in comparative law and international commercial and trade law, as well as U.S. commercial law. Bilingual in Spanish, he has been invited to teach and speak in every country in South and Central America.
