Bodansky lectures at academic conference in Norway
Dan Bodansky, ASU Lincoln Professor of Law, Ethics and Sustainability at the College of Law, recently delivered a talk at the University of Oslo Faculty of Law’s MultiRights Annual Conference.
Bodasky’s lecture, “Legitimacy in International Law and International Relations,” was part of a May 31 conference session on “The Legitimacy of the Human Rights Judiciary.”
In May, he also was a Visiting Fellow in the MultiRights Project, a university initiative that seeks to assess models for human rights regime reforms and contribute to better standards of legitimacy for international institutions.
Bodansky is a preeminent authority on global climate change whose teaching and research focus on international environmental law and public international law. He teaches courses in international law and sustainability, and is an affiliated faculty member in the Center for Law and Global Affairs, Center for Law, Science & Innovation and the ASU School of Sustainability.
