ASU Foundation welcomes new transaction manager
Mollie Jackson has recently joined the ASU Foundation for A New American University as transaction manager of the Assets Department. Reporting directly to M. Randall Levin, senior vice president and managing director of assets, Jackson will manage the acquisition and disposition processes of all commercial and residential real estate assets, assist with leasing activities on current and future commercial projects, and oversee pre-development activities.
Jackson is a licensed real estate professional with more than seven years of real estate expertise throughout the Metro Phoenix area. She has participated in more than 1,400,000 square feet of office leasing and 54,500 square feet in office building sales.
Prior to joining the ASU Foundation, Jackson was an associate with the Office Division of Cassidy Turley Arizona. During her time at Cassidy Turley, Jackson’s primary focus was to represent clients in lease and sale negotiations. Her full-service approach to every client and assignment focused on specialty marketing and research processes to reach successful real estate outcomes. She is also Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate working towards her designation.
Jackson is a certified ambassador with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), a young leader with the Urban Land Institute participating in the YGI Partnership Forum and a developing leader with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) participating in the Protégé 2013 Program. In addition, Jackson is a member of the Emerging Leaders at the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Jackson received a bachelor of interdisciplinary studies degree with emphases in business and communications from Arizona State University in 2006.
