Bring more calm to your weekly routine all summer long with free yoga classes led by a different local studio each week.

Practice from the comfort of your own home and tune in to inner peace with other virtual yogis on Zoom. Twice a week, both ASU students and community members are invited to recharge and refresh with complimentary one-hour yoga classes through the LiveWell Stadium Yoga Series brought you by ASU 365 Community Union.

The LiveWell Stadium Yoga Series celebrates inclusiveness and wellness. Each week a different local yoga studio is invited to lead online Zoom classes, giving guests a variety of new instructor styles to explore. Classes are all-level friendly, and online registration is simple. For those who are new to yoga or are interested in expanding their practice, this is the perfect opportunity to explore from the privacy of your own home. We suggest finding a yoga mat, water and a peaceful place in your home to practice.

More classes have been added to the virtual schedule, so you can count on two classes per week to find your zen through the end of July.

The next two weeks of May classes will be led by Ignite wellness collective (May 12 and 16) and the Madison Improvement Club (May 19 and 23).

Since the most recent stadium renovations have been completed, the stadium has hosted a wide variety of events including concerts on the Sun Deckmovies on the field, food festivals, stadium yoga classes and HIIT cardio classes, the Monster Hydro Stadium Blitz racelarge conferences, the 2020 ASU Innovation Open and many more special events.

All classes are 60 minutes long and remain accessible to ASU affiliates and community members at no cost.
