Finding creative ways to keep the learning going while social distancing is no problem for the innovators at Arizona State University.
Now, ASU's Department of Physics has announced that its 17th annual Undergraduate Research Symposium will be held as a virtual event.
All physics majors who wish to participate are encouraged to submit their “poster” in video format — as a narrated slide presentation. Sumissions are due at 6 p.m Thursday, April 9. Judges and guests can view the presentations in preparation for the live virtual symposium, hosted via Zoom from 2 to 4 p.m. on April 10.

Additionally, all participants are also invited to have their presentation included in the end-of-year Physics Awards Reception on April 24.
