Polidoro wins Fulbright award

Beth Polidoro, assistant professor of biology at Arizona State University's New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, was recently awarded a prestigious Fulbright award to conduct research in the Philippines during the 2018-2019 academic year.
She will be based at Silliman University in Dumaguete. During her stay, she will be working to increase capacity and training for the Philippine government to conduct a national Philippine Red List for marine species, as well as conducting baseline marine toxicology field studies in the central Visayas region in order to inform risk assessments for marine ecosystems.
