ASU Gammage 2016-2017 Broadway season subscriptions on sale now

ASU Gammage has announced its 2016-2017 Desert Schools Broadway Across America – Arizona season, which includes "Cabaret" and "The Sound of Music" and also features new Tony Award-winning musicals and plays with "Matilda," "An American in Paris," and "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time." The season is headlined by "Beautiful - The Carole King Musical," which tells the inspiring true story of King’s rise to stardom.

In addition to the 2016-2017 Broadway season, ASU Gammage presents three special engagements including the farewell tour of "Mamma Mia!", Broadway’s magic hit "The Illusionists" and "The Book of Mormon," which broke ASU Gammage house records in 2015.
“We’re bringing some of the biggest shows on Broadway to ASU Gammage next season,” said Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, executive director for ASU Gammage and associate vice president cultural affairs for ASU. “This season patrons will fall in love with ASU Gammage debuts of award-winning Broadway hits such as "Beautiful," "Matilda," "Finding Neverland," "An American in Paris" and "Curious Incident" — as well as classic favorites like "Cabaret" and "The Sound of Music."
Looking beyond the 2016-2017, ASU Gammage has also announced that it will bring "Hamilton" as part of the 2017-2018 season. The best way to guarantee tickets to "Hamilton" is to purchase a season subscription for the Desert Schools Federal Credit Union Broadway in Arizona 2016-2017 season. Subscribers who renew their subscription for the 2016-2017 season will be able to guarantee their seats for the premiere Tempe engagement of "Hamilton" before tickets become available to the general public.
